First Birthday Cake for this cute little girl - Titikshree Venuprakash
In advance, using royal icing,make 50 apple blossoms in rose color with white dot centers. Prepare and cover Wonder mold cake with fondant. Cover bodice with fondant and insert in cake. In buttercream, pipe tip 1 cornelli lace on bodice. Cut a small strip of fondant for waistband and attach to cake with brush dipped in water. Pipe tip 18 star bottom border in rose around hem of dress. Pipe tip 127 rose color ruffle over star border. Attach 4 apple blossoms to each shoulder with tip 2 dots of icing.Randomly attach apple blossoms to dress and add tip 67 leaves in green color.

Awesome cake. Most beautiful cake i have ever seen. Latha brought me Fondant package cake(2008 blog) when i was pregnant :). And now this one when my daughter has turned 1. Everyone at the party were in for a sweet surprise when i announced that it was a home made cake......Thanks a bunch Latha.......
